Steel Anti static Flooring


Anti static raised flooring is made of standard steel cementitious raised floor, with different kinds of anti-static coverings on top, such as high pressure laminate (HPL), conductive PVC tile. There are conductive rubber trims on edge to protect the panels. The whole system includes raised floor, pedestals, stringer and other accessories if necessary.

Edge trim types
There are different types of edge trim, such as trimless edge, “F” edge trim/smart edge trim, integral trim HPL, etc. In different kinds of environment and applications, different edge trims can make full use of their advantages.

The finished floor height(FFH) of the raised access floor, measured from the sub-floor to the top surface of the installed flooring system, shall be as shown in the contract drawings.

Technical parameters
The raised floor will be with a safety factor of three times the concentrated (design) load, and is capable of meeting static and dynamic loads per CISCA Platform (Raised Access) Floors Performance Specification.
